Is the Moratorium getting extended or not? If so, what is going to happen now? If not, are things going to stay the same?
The COVID-19 Pandemic, aside from being difficult on all of us, is also responsible for the Eviction/Foreclosure Moratorium.
The Moratorium continues to get extended by Governor DeSantis which has been even more difficult for all Landlords!
Are Evictions of any kind possible right now??
If so, then what types of situations can landlords evict for if they can’t file evictions for non-payment?
Should landlords serve 3-day notices during this time?
Can landlords charge late fees and other types of fees?
How are county court and Sheriff Moratoriums affecting the eviction process?
These questions along with a variety of others will be answered in our COVID-19 Landlord Eviction Panel.
