Amanda is an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida. She started her career working for a large law firm in downtown Fort Lauderdale where she represented multi-million and billion-dollar corporations in various general liability litigation cases.

Coming from a family of successful entrepreneurs and real estate investors, Amanda always knew that she wanted to have her own law firm and real estate investment company. After gaining enough litigation experience and street cred in the legal community, Amanda left “big law” to have her own legal practice. She joined her mentor turned business partner, attorney Michelle Suarez, at Florida Entrepreneur Law. Amanda is now a Shareholder and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Florida Entrepreneur Law, a “boutique” law firm dedicated to working with businesses, business owners, and entrepreneurs throughout Florida. Amanda and Michelle offer concierge general corporate counsel services to their clients. A few of Amanda’s main practice areas include special-purpose entities for real estate investments, corporate transactions, business litigation, contracts, private equity/capital raises, trademarks, franchising, and joint ventures.

Amanda recently became a title agent as well so she can provide title services to her real estate investor clients and represent them at closings. She also owns ADI Properties, LLC, a company that buys and sells homes for cash and has been a member of BREIA since 2018.
