We just had a property in Sunrise Florida that we sold. We also had a few wholesale rental properties sell on our WJL buyers list. Selling property is about three things; Profiling the property, Effective Markting Tools, and Price. Is the property a rehab property in a retail neighborhood or is the property a rental property? Cap rate versus ARV. There are different methods of Marketing properties for sale, but the simple tools needed are good pictures, an effective description, and any comparables or reports you may have to support your price. Last but not least, know how to price your properties to sell. If you don’t, you will lose buyers quickly.
